    New to show, the Travel Forward VIP Buyer Programme offers a unique opportunity for travel technology buyers to meet with leading solution providers in the industry.

    Being accepted into the Buyer Programme allows senior professionals to expand their network, conduct key business negotiations and to be recognised as a quality buyer of travel technology solutions and services.

    Qualifying Criteria

    Please note that places on the programme are limited and all applicants will be reviewed against the following criteria:

    • Senior travel industry professionals with direct purchasing and contracting authority
    • Senior IT / Travel Tech professionals with direct purchasing and contracting authority
    • Medium to large company
    • Annual budget spend on travel tech
    • Invested interest in travel technology
    • Attending show with a serious view to developing new business

    Requirements

    • Commit to a minimum of 5 appointments per day for the first 2 days of the show with Travel Forward Exhibitors
    • Attend the exclusive Travel Forward networking event (Exhibitors and VIP Buyers only)
    • Provide Hotel Invoice to the VIP Buyer Team in order to receive Hotel Contribution
    • Complete post show survey

    Virtual Event!

    Travel Forward is now offering both a live event and a virtual event. You may apply as a Travel Forward VIP Buyer to attend either event or both.

    • The virtual event will be taking place from 10-11 November 2020, after the live show
    • Due to the restrictions of a virtual event, please note that the programme benefits will change according to the event type.

    Live Event:

    • Submission of your application will be taken as your agreement to attend the first two days of the show as per the requirements on the website.
    • You must commit to a minimum of 5 appointments per day on the first two days of the event to meet a total minimum of 10 appointments with Travel Forward exhibitors.
    • You will receive all benefits as listed on the website

    Virtual Event:

    • Submission of your application will be taken as your agreement to attend the first two days of the show as per the requirements on the website. Day 3 is optional and you may use this day to make more appointments should you wish.
    • You must commit to a minimum of 5 appointments per day on the first two days of the event to meet a total minimum of 10 appointments with Travel Forward exhibitors.
    • Due to the limitations of a virtual event, you will not receive the same benefits as included in the live event but will still be recognised as a VIP Buyer.

    Combined Live and Virtual Event:

    • Submission of your application will be taken as your agreement to attend the first two days of the live event as per the requirements on the website. Day 3 is optional for the live event and you may use this day to make more appointments should you wish.
    • You must commit to a minimum of 5 appointments per day on the first two days of the live event to meet a total minimum of 10 appointments with Travel Forward exhibitors. As you are attending both events, you will only need to meet the minimum requirements for the live event.
    • Due to the limitations of a virtual event, you will not receive the same benefits as included in the live event. You will however, still be recognised as a VIP Buyer and be able to make appointments with key exhibitors.
