Frédéric has expertise in marketing, distribution, sales and innovation, in the field of services and hospitality at both strategic and business unit levels.

Frederic worked in sales and marketing in car rental and events. He joined Accor 16 years' ago as Head of Sales, Marketing and Distribution in the UK. Then became successively SVP Global Brand Marketing for Mercure, MGallery and Ibis Family at the HQ.

Since January 2016, he leads Accor’s Marketing Innovation Lab and delivered the new “lifestyle millennial” brand JO&JOE, (re)launched WOJO coworking brand with an in hotels offer, drived TECHSTARS and VIVATECHNOLOGY.

He and his team, explore, invent, accelerate or transform the hospitality playing field in a wide array of topics such as Micro Hospitality, Coliving, Mobility, Wellness, Startup acceleration, Space travel, Intrapreneurship and more.
